SignalDemand recognizes that pricing decisions are fundamental to the success of both the organization and the individual. In order to fully realize value from our applications, users must be confident in our optimization methodology and have the knowledge to use all of the application’s capabilities. Our approach to user education is three-pronged:
- Educate users about the mathematical models and engines powering our pricing, product mix and production recommendations. Part of this effort is to enable users to better understand the internal and external data sources feeding the solution.
- Help users learn about how SignalDemand can be used most effectively to improve pricing decisions.
- Train users on how to best navigate the application. We design all our applications with usability in mind, so training focuses on making sure users understand all of the functionality available to them.
Following the implementation of SignalDemand, we work with customers to enhance the value of the application by conducting a Customer Usability Assessment. A Customer Usability Assessment helps identify practical actions to quickly improve user adoption and ensure that your organization derives maximum benefit from the application on an ongoing basis.
